- Title of
goods does not pass until the invoiced amount is paid in full.
- All freights
and insurance cost will be borne by the customers.
- The customer
must retain this invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
- DOA claim
is only available within 7 days from date of invoice, no refund
or exchange after 7 days from date of invoice. Comgate may offer
to exchange the goods, or provide the customer a credit note.
- For DOA
claims, goods can be only accepted for refund and exchange in
unmarked, original condition with packaging, complete with all
instructions books, accessories, etc.
- Refunds
and exchanges do not apply to books, batteries, video games, computer
software, tapes, CD or DVD disks, headphones, cut to length wire
or consumables, such as thermal paper, photo paper, toner/ink
cartridges, drums.
- Comgate
does not give refunds or exchanges if the customer can not provide
proof of purchase, such as this invoice, or the customer has simply
changed his/her mind about the purchase, of the goods were damaged
after the customer bought them. 20% off restock fee may apply
for special agreed refunds.
- Software
warranty and third party peripherals warranty such as, digital
cameras, printers, scanners, fax machines, notebooks, LCD and
CRT monitors, etc, covered by original manufactures, not by Comgate.
a DEAD PIXELS POLICY applies to LCD monitor, check with
manufacturers for details.
- Return To
Base(RTB) warranty for parts is for 12 months manufacture parts
warranty from the original date of purchase, it will be directed
to the manufacture or distributor, waiting period for repairs
applies. This warranty does not include any labour and freight
to and from the customer or Comgate. A charge of $25 is payable
on each item submitted for warranty where no hardware fault is
found.
- Return To
Base(RTB) warranty for systems is for 12 months manufacture parts
warranty and 24 months Comgate labour warranty
from the original date of purchase, it will be directed
to the manufacture or distributor, waitting period for repairs
applies. This warranty does not include software issues and freight
to and from the customer or Comgate. A fee may apply for any software
or virus issues. Express Warranty for system is available at extra
cost.
- All warranties do not cover the damage to other parts or parties
used in conjunction with the goods the customer purchased from
Comgate.
- The warranty becomes void if Comgate warranty stickers are removed,
serial numbers do not match with your purchases, or the product
has been tampered with, damaged, repaired by unauthorised persons,
or becomes faulty in any way by improper use.

- All warranty claims must be accompanied by your original sales
invoices, the warranty claims may be rejected without original
invoices.
- All warranty claims are directed to their manufacturers or distributors.
Waiting period for repairs applies.
- All Return to Base(RTB) warranties do not include any freight
to and from the customers and Comgate.
- This warranty becomes void if Comgate warranty stickers are
removed, serial numbers do not match with your purchases, or the
product has been tampered with, damaged, repaired by unauthorised
persons, or becomes faulty in any way by improper use.
- A charge of $25 is payable on each item submitted for warranty

- Customers signature is required on lodging a warranty claim
and also on picking up repairs.
- Express Warranty claims must be accompanied with valid Express
Warranty Certificates.
- Comgate means Comgate Computers.
